Services: Variety of health services, including: counselling, diabetes program, and primary health care; do not require an OHIP card to use these services; Note: psychiatrist available 2x per month; dependent on patient's needs, will be referred for more/less counselling

Eligibility: Clients must live in service area, which includes postal codes starting with L6R, L6S, L6T; and must identify with one of the following priority populations: youth (age13-25); families with financial difficulties; newcomers (5 years or less in Canada and no OHIP card); seniors (age 65+); people who are homeless/at risk; racialized communities; people with mental health/addictions concerns; and do not have a family doctor; visit centre to fill out intake form; if it is needed within 1 week will be referred to the psychiatrist for assessment/referral/counselling
